Responsibilities

• Cuts fruits and vegetables following safety rules.
• Ensures product quality per WFM guidelines.
• Maintains sampling program.
• Keeps department clean and sweep logs.
• Arrives on time, groomed and ready to work; attends trainings.
• Provides excellent customer service and uses suggestive selling.
• Maximizes sales through proper prep, storage, rotation and merchandising.
• Follows health, sanitation and safety procedures.
• Maintains a clean, sanitary working/shopping environment; maintains equipment.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties; ensures pricing is accurate.
• Reports safety hazards and violations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
