Job summary

H.E.B. is seeking a Perishable Representative to maintain a well-stocked, well-maintained department and deliver superior customer service. You will daily prepare, package, and merchandise fresh products while upholding food safety standards.

Responsibilities include handling customer orders by phone or in person, assisting with product selections, and ensuring proper rotation, labeling, and display of goods across Market, Produce, Seafood, Floral, and Aguas departments as needed.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED (or equivalent)
• Completion of Company Orientation and Safety Training
• Age 18+

Responsibilities

• Provides superior customer service and assists with product selections.
• Prepares, packages, and merchandises fresh product daily.
• Cleans and sanitizes display cases and maintains safety standards.
• Merchandises product effectively and uses suggestive selling to meet customer needs.
• Rotates products and maintains proper labeling and signage.
