Job summary

80 Acres Farms is seeking diligent packers to join our team. You will package produce to specification, operate packaging equipment, and keep work areas clean and compliant with good manufacturing practices.

Safety and accuracy are essential as you help deliver pesticide-free greens to customers. Shifts include extended hours with potential weekend work, and we provide training to operate machinery and follow strict food-safety standards.

Qualifications

• Able to lift up to 50lbs.
• Capacity to stand/walk for the duration of the shift.
• Willingness to learn to operate packing machinery.
• Ability to commit to a schedule that may include one weekend day.
• Provide proof of work eligibility through E-Verify.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Pack product according to specifications.
• Operate packaging machinery in a safe and efficient manner.
• Clean and sanitize the work area regularly.
• Follow good manufacturing practices for food safety and efficiency.
• Report any deficiencies or unsafe practices to the Supervisor.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
