Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Produce Department operations with focus on freshness, quality, and customer service.
• Provide knowledgeable, friendly service and ensure staff have product knowledge.
• Execute merchandising programs, planograms, seasonal sets, and promotional displays.
• Maintain attractive produce displays and ensure rotation of stock.
• Manage shrink through inventory controls and waste-reduction efforts.
• Build and manage labor schedules aligned with business needs.
• Train and develop produce associates and maintain a positive team environment.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, safety, and company standards.
