Job summary

Food Lion is seeking a Produce/Perishable associate to provide quality customer service and maintain department standards at our Greensboro location. You will ensure fresh display, accurate pricing, and quick checkout while upholding safety guidelines.

The role emphasizes friendly service, teamwork with fellow associates, productive handling of unloading, stocking, and presenting merchandise according to policies, with opportunities to learn ACIS and CAO tools and complete CBT training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication and customer service skills.
• Ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job.
• Ability to use technical information to solve problems.
• Must meet minimum age requirements to perform specific job functions.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly, and accurate customer service in the Produce Department.
• Unload trucks for the Produce Department and ensure proper merchandising.
• Understand and follow ACIS inventory and CAO ordering processes.
• Maintain adherence to Food Lion policies and safety guidelines.
• Wear the Food Lion uniform with apron and name badge when on duty.
