Food Lion is seeking a Produce Department associate to deliver quality customer service, maintain standards, and maximize sales while reducing shrink. You will support ordering, receiving, preparation, and display of merchandise, and ensure compliance with safety policies and regulations.

The role emphasizes friendly customer interactions, teamwork with store associates, and adherence to Food Lion guidelines, including CBT or training requirements as applicable.

Formación

• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication and customer service skills.
• Ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements.
• Must meet minimum age requirements to perform specific job functions.
• Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the position, with or without reasonable accommodations.

Responsabilidades

• Provide enthusiastic, fast, friendly, and accurate customer service in the Produce Department.
• Unload trucks and assist with ordering, receiving, preparation, conditioning and displaying merchandise.
• Use company tools such as ACIS and CAO to manage inventory and ordering.
• Adhere to Food Lion policies, standard practices, and safety guidelines.
• Observe and correct unsafe conditions and report accidents to management.
• Wear the Food Lion uniform and maintain a neat appearance on duty.
