Job summary

PriceRite is seeking a part-time team member to maintain perishable departments with top-notch customer service, pricing, stocking, and rotation of merchandise. The role requires physical activity, safety awareness, and adherence to company policy across all tasks.

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, flexibly covering days, evenings, and weekends. Training is provided, and compliance with attendance policies is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to proficiently read, write, speak, analyze, interpret, and understand the English language.
• Ability to perform basic math skills.
• Ability to stand/walk for the duration of a scheduled shift.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and 75 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to work with a variety of products and tolerate dust and cleaning agents.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, neat, organized and safe work environment.
• Keep department sanitation and QA standards by cleaning surfaces and equipment.
• Greet customers and provide prompt, courteous service.
• Observe all safety regulations when operating equipment.
• Keep shelves and displays fully stocked and rotated at all times.
• Follow safety procedures for opening cartons and product rotation.
• Unload and secure received product in storage areas and report equipment issues.
