Eataly is hiring a Pasta Maker to create fresh pasta daily for the market and restaurant service at an Eataly location. The role involves educating guests about different pastas and delivering friendly customer service. Reports to the Fresh Pasta Lead.

Responsibilities include weighing and packaging pasta, advising guests on pasta choices, and maintaining a clean, sanitary workstation in line with health standards. Weekend availability is often required.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent or culinary degree preferred.
• 1+ year of experience as a cook or chef preferred.
• Knowledge of Italian cuisine preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Makes pasta according to Eataly’s recipes and high-quality standards.
• Weighs and packages pasta.
• Advises guests on pasta choices.
• Ensures all items are rotated according to First In First Out (FIFO) standards.
• Maintains a clean and sanitary work area that meets Department of Health standards.
