Responsibilities include:

1. Ensuring efficient and courteous customer service to support the company mission to "Run the Best Store in Town!"
2. Maintaining a positive attitude and creating a friendly, fun atmosphere through teamwork and flexibility
3. Greeting customers and providing prompt, courteous, and efficient service
4. Assisting the produce manager with ordering, receiving, and displaying products
5. Rotating merchandise to ensure freshness and quality
6. Setting up and maintaining cut vegetable and fruit sections, trimming corn, and packaging salad tomatoes as directed
7. Following all food safety policies and procedures
8. Ordering supplies as directed
9. Training and assisting fresh pack associates
10. Maintaining quality and freshness of all products
11. Ensuring daily maintenance of COOL labels and food safety program adherence
12. Trimming and packaging fresh produce
13. Keeping workstations neat and sanitized at least twice daily
14. Attending scheduled shifts and adhering to attendance policies

Qualifications include being at least 18 years old, capable of meeting physical, mental, and visual demands, following instructions, performing routine tasks, and maintaining attendance.
