Ensure efficient and courteous customer service at all times in support of the company mission to "Run the Best Store in Town!"

1. Create an atmosphere of friendliness and fun through flexibility and teamwork, maintaining a positive attitude.
2. Greet and speak to customers, providing prompt, courteous, and efficient service to foster a customer-first environment.
3. Assist the produce manager with ordering, receiving, and displaying products.
4. Rotate all merchandise when stocking to ensure freshness and quality.
5. Set up and maintain cut vegetable and fruit sections, trim corn, and package salad tomatoes as directed by the Produce Manager.
6. Follow all food safety policies and procedures diligently.
7. Order supplies as directed by the Produce Manager.
8. Assist and coordinate training of fresh pack associates as directed by the Produce Manager.
9. Maintain the quality and freshness of all fresh pack products.
10. Ensure all items requiring a COOL label are maintained daily.
11. Enforce and uphold the company food safety program.
12. Trim and package fresh produce efficiently.
13. Keep the workstation and surrounding area neat and clean.
14. Sanitize and clean the department at least twice daily.
15. Attend on-site work during scheduled shifts to adhere to company time and attendance policies.
