Job summary

Champion is seeking a Fresh Mixing Production Operator for the 3rd shift at our Auburn, Kentucky facility. The role focuses on safe operation of equipment in the Fresh Mixing department, following formulas and maintaining inventory while supporting production goals.

Responsibilities include unloading trucks, batching processes, operating heavy machinery, and ensuring a clean, compliant work environment. Prior manufacturing experience is preferred, with overtime and shift premiums noted in

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; minimum 2 years in manufacturing or equivalent experience.
• College degree preferred or equivalent military experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment safely and efficiently in the Fresh Mixing department.
• Unload trucks and manage inventory for production needs.
• Follow formula sheets and batching processes for fresh ingredients.
• Operate heavy machinery and packaging equipment according to policies.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and communicate with production staff.
• Participate in annual physical inventory and assist with stock counts.
