Job summary

Champion Petfoods in Auburn, Kentucky is seeking a Warehouse Technician on 3rd shift to ensure safe and efficient movement of finished goods within a state-of-the-art warehouse.

You will receive products from Production, stock them properly, operate forklifts and pallet jacks, and use a Warehouse Management System to log information. The role includes loading/unloading, order picking, and QA participation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 3 years forklift or equivalent warehouse experience.
• Must operate sit/stand forklifts, turret trucks, and electric pallet jacks.

Responsibilities

• Receive packaged product/finished goods from Production, ensuring QA standards are met.
• Stock product in an efficient, orderly, and timely manner.
• Load and unload trucks from vendors/distributors.
• Perform order picking and refill processes to support outbound operations.
• Use hand-held scanners and enter correct information for products into the Warehouse Management System.
• Ensure pallet license plates display accurate product information.
• Develop awareness and understanding of quality assurance standards.
• Support and represent Champion Petfoods in community events.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
