The role involves receiving, storing, grinding meats, assisting customers with questions, and adhering to the shop's Clean as You Go and Fresh at 4 programs. A reliable, team-oriented candidate with strong math and communication skills is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Dependable and reliable; perform other duties as assigned.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor; ability to interact with customers.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Good communication skills; able to take direction and work in a team.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the department per guidelines.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift heavy items as described.
• Must be able to operate knives and equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of customer service and product knowledge in a fast-paced store.
• Receive, store, and prepare meats; assist customers with questions and special orders.
• Follow safety, health, weights and measures regulations; keep the area clean.
• Understand weekly ads and guide customers to product locations.
