Responsibilities

• Adheres to customer service programs and resolves complaints.
• Receives and breaks down loads; checks quality and quantity.
• Cuts, grinds, weights and wraps meat products to spec.
• Completes daily logs and paperwork accurately.
• Maintains meat department cooler, freezer, and equipment cleanliness.
• Ensures product quality, labeling, rotation, and signage standards.
• Operates cutting and wrapping equipment safely and efficiently.
• May work nights, weekends and holidays with variable hours.
