Whole Foods Market is seeking an entry-level Team Member in Malibu, CA. You will keep cases and shelves clean and stocked, assist with sampling, and help ensure product quality and freshness across departments.

Responsibilities include accurate pricing, safe work practices, timely customer assistance, and a collaborative team approach in a fast-paced store environment. Training and benefits are provided to eligible associates.

Formación

• Ability to sell proactively and meet customer needs.
• Ability to learn basic knowledge of all products in department.
• Ability to visually examine products for quality and freshness.
• Ability to perform simple math for cashiering and inventory.
• Strong to excellent communication skills and teamwork.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure fresh, appealing displays; stock shelves and check codes.
• Monitor spoilage and communicate waste to leadership.
• Maintain back stock in good order and assist sampling program.
• Complete required worksheets and assist with inventory checks.
• Provide excellent customer service and answer phones promptly.
• Maximize sales through proper prep, storage and merchandising.
