Job summary

Whole Foods Market in Bethesda seeks a Team Member to support Prepared Foods through preparation, counter service, sanitation, and stocking of products. You will help maintain a clean, inviting display and deliver courteous, friendly service to customers and teammates.

Responsibilities include cutting, preparing, and serving hot and cold foods; sampling products; rotating stock; assisting with inventory; and adhering to health and safety standards. Flexibility with schedule is appreciated.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced retail or food-service is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Cuts, prepares, and serves a variety of hot and cold foods.
• Samples products to customers.
• Stocks hot and cold cases and displays with prepared foods.
• Checks in-stock product dates to ensure freshness and rotates when necessary.
• Assists Team Leader in organizing and displaying volume and seasonal items.
• Maintains a clean and sanitary work area and follows safety procedures.
