Job summary

Whole Foods Market Fort Collins is seeking Team Members to support the Prepared Foods team with preparation, counter service, sanitation, and stocking. You will engage customers, respond to their needs, and help maintain a fresh, inviting department.

This role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and strict adherence to health and safety standards. You will participate in opening, mid, and closing tasks and contribute to store programs and initiatives.

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• 8-hour work day includes standing/walking for 6-8 hours.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Cuts, prepares, and serves a variety of hot and cold foods.
• Samples products to customers.
• Stocks cases and displays with prepared foods.
• Checks in-stock product dates to ensure freshness and rotates as needed.
• Assists Team Leader in organizing and displaying volume and seasonal items.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned; ensures pricing is correct.
