Job summary

You will assist with product rotation, quality checks, and help shoppers find and purchase items, while participating in seasonal opportunities to boost in-store sales.

You will maintain a clean, safe, and organized sales floor and back areas, support training for new teammates, and ensure compliance with store policies to create a welcoming, efficient shopping

Responsibilities

• Service-oriented and enthusiastic attitude
• Ensures quality product through rotation, temperature and quality checks
• Advise customers about products and promote extra sales within the department
• Looking for sampling, seasonal and local opportunities to drive sales
• Ensures department organization, safety and cleanliness
• Works to receive, stock and rotate products
• Assist in training new teammates, creating solid teamwork throughout the department
• Works alongside teammates to produce and serve LK products
• Ensures full compliance with all store and company policies and legal regulations
• Masters systems and technologies
• Delivers a high level of performance
