Whole Foods Market in Malibu, CA is seeking a Team Member to support the deli department by preparing items for the cold case, fresh pack, salad, and hot bars, while ensuring quality, labeling, rotation, and presentation.

You will stock, monitor inventories, provide friendly customer service, follow recipes, maintain cleanliness, and help with opening, mid, and closing duties. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Retail experience (6–12 months) preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to follow recipes and maintain quality and freshness.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food items for the cold case, fresh pack, salad, and hot bars according to production sheets.
• Label, date, cover, and rotate items; monitor quality and freshness.
• Replenish stock in a timely manner and ensure proper merchandising.
• Provide excellent customer service, help customers, and use suggestive selling techniques.
• Maintain clean, sanitary work and shopping areas; follow health and safety standards.
• Perform opening, mid, and closing duties and ensure accurate pricing.
