Responsibilities

• Prepares food items for cold case, fresh pack, salad, and hot bars as per production sheets.
• Ensures items are labeled, dated, rotated, and kept fresh.
• Maintains clean and sanitary work area and equipment.
• Provides courteous, friendly service and assists customers and teammates.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties and verifies accurate pricing.
