Caraluzzi's Markets is seeking a dependable Prepared Foods Associate to join our team. This role focuses on preparing, packaging, merchandising, and serving high-quality prepared foods while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

Experience in prepared foods, deli, or customer service preferred.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Able to follow recipes and company procedures.
Positive attitude and team player.
Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service to all customers.
Prepare and serve prepared foods, including meals, sandwiches, soups, and other offerings.
Package, label, and merchandise prepared foods according to standards.
Assist customers with catering orders and entertaining needs.
Maintain attractive, well-stocked prepared food displays.
Ensure food quality, freshness, and presentation meet standards.
Follow proper food safety, sanitation, and handling procedures.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Other duties as assigned.
