Meijer is seeking a Food Clerk to deliver a welcoming in-store experience across Fresh departments. You will engage with customers, share product knowledge, and ensure displays are fresh and organized. This role emphasizes teamwork, accuracy, and safe food handling in a fast-paced environment.

You will interact with customers daily, stock and rotate product, and support multiple departments to keep the store running smoothly. Prior retail or food service experience helps, but is not required.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused with strong communication skills.
• Comfortable using store technology and POS systems.
• Able to follow safety, sanitation, and quality procedures.
• Ability to lift, stand and be active during shifts.
• Experience in retail or food service is helpful but not required.

Responsabilités

• Maintain full, fresh, and visually appealing product displays.
• Stock, rotate, and merchandise product according to standards.

• Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
