This role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and efficient use of store technology. No prior retail experience required, but a customer-first mindset and physical stamina are valued for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn and use store technology.

• Physically active with lifting, bending, standing for long periods.
• Retail or food service experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Build positive connections with customers and teammates.
• Share product knowledge and help customers find what they need.
• Maintain full, fresh, and visually appealing product displays.
• Stock, rotate, and merchandise product according to standards.
• Use technology to complete tasks accurately.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and quality procedures.
• Work across departments including Meat, Seafood, Bakery, Deli, Produce and Grocery.
• Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
