Job summary

Meijer, a family company serving communities in Michigan, is hiring a Food Clerk to deliver friendly, knowledgeable service in our Fresh departments. You will engage customers, share product information, and help maintain inviting displays.

You'll work across Meat, Seafood, Bakery, Deli, Produce and Grocery, stock and rotate items, use store tech to complete tasks, and follow food safety and quality procedures. Prior retail or food service experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Strong customer-service orientation and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn new technology and systems.
• Attention to cleanliness, safety, and presentation.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift light to moderate loads.

Responsibilities
