You will coordinate meal ordering, liaise with managers and suppliers to meet specifications and delivery schedules, maintain current menu cycles, and reflect operational needs through order adjustments.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in the logistics industry preferably in airline catering.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent. College degree preferred.
• Experience with AX or other inventory systems, a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate meal ordering and menu planning with a focus on fresh food production.
• Liaise with the Supply Chain Manager and suppliers to ensure specifications and delivery schedules are met.
• Maintain up-to-date menu cycles and order adjustments to reflect operational needs.
• Support cross-department collaboration to ensure smooth communication between purchasing, production, and dispatch teams.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels for fresh food items.
• Ensure menu accuracy and retrieve unused menus in the event of cancellations or discrepancies.
• Continuously look for opportunities to improve accuracy, efficiency, and service quality.
