Job summary

Air Fayre is seeking a Fresh Food Supply Chain Coordinator to manage inventory and menu planning cycles for our airline catering operation. You will partner with the Supply Chain Manager, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure accurate orders, timely deliveries, and adherence to quality standards.

The role emphasizes coordinating meal orders, maintaining menu cycles, and optimizing inventory in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Experience with AX or similar ERP/inventory systems.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate meal ordering and menu planning with a focus on fresh food production.
• Liaise with the Supply Chain Manager and suppliers to ensure specifications and delivery schedules are met.
• Maintain up-to-date menu cycles and order adjustments to reflect operational needs.
• Support cross-department collaboration to ensure smooth communication between purchasing, production, and dispatch teams.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels for fresh food items.
• Ensure menu accuracy and retrieve unused menus in the event of cancellations or discrepancies.
• Continuously look for opportunities to improve accuracy, efficiency, and service quality.
