Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related experience in a business-related field.
• 2+ years of related experience.
• Data analysis background preferred.
• 3 years of food service or retail industry experience preferred.
• Strong category management fundamentals: assortment, pricing, promotion, lifecycle.

Responsabilités

• Support development and execution of fresh food programs for convenience store customers.
• Partner with manufacturers and vendors to build a diverse assortment of fresh foods.
• Manage day-to-day innovation calendar updates and LTO rollouts with suppliers.
• Lead end-to-end product development from concept to commercialization.
• Collaborate with operations for on-time launches and strong customer experience.
• Monitor inventory, forecast demand, and coordinate supply issues to ensure availability.
• Manage budgets, pricing strategy, and ongoing portfolio optimization.
• Mentor analysts and associate product managers as needed.
