Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred but not required.
• Should have a minimum of one year experience in overall department operations; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Food Safety Handling certificate

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized workstation; sanitize surfaces and utensils as needed.
• Check inventory of ingredients and supplies; replenish as needed.
• Produce food products according to Northgate Markets recipes and standards.
• Follow production recipes and FIFO labeling and dating.
• Rotate products, label and date all items.
• Assist with inventory control and display area sanitation.
• Provide rapid and friendly service to customers and support the customer service line.
• Work in a team; communicate effectively with coworkers and leads.
• Develop cross-training and assist with other duties as assigned.
