The Meat Clerk will receive, store, and prepare meats, assist customers with questions and special orders, rotate stock to prevent aging, and adhere to the Fresh at 4 and Clean as You Go programs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, and grind meats; unload deliveries.

• Rotate meats to prevent aging and waste; maintain proper storage.
• Assist customers with questions and special orders; guide to product locations.
• Follow company programs such as “Clean as You Go” and “Fresh at 4” for quality and sanitation.
