Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Deli Clerk to assist customers by preparing fresh deli items and ensuring quality and presentation in a fast-paced store environment.

You will operate meat and cheese slicers, assist with special orders, maintain cleanliness, and support team members to provide friendly, efficient service while adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and experience in grocery, restaurant, or related field
• Be dependable and reliable

• Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in making healthy food choices and prepare fresh and easy meals
• Ensure deli items are properly prepared, packaged, and presented; keep deli area clean and sanitary
• Fill, rotate, and display deli products and displays
• Prepare special orders and party trays
• Operate deli equipment (meat slicer, ovens, microwaves) safely and correctly
• Receive and inspect products for shipment accuracy and quality
