Sprouts Farmers Market, Inc. is seeking a Deli Clerk to help customers choose healthy options and to prepare fresh meals in a fast-paced deli. You will be responsible for proper packaging, presentation, and cleanliness of the deli area, while maintaining products and assisting with special orders.

The role requires reliable, friendly team players who can work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Training on slicers and safety procedures will be provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent; grocery/food experience preferred.
• Dependable, reliable, with a positive attitude and ability to interact with customers.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays; strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in choosing healthy options and prepare fresh, easy meals.
• Ensure deli items are prepared, packaged, and presented neatly; maintain cleanliness of the deli area.
• Fill, rotate, and display products; prepare special orders and party trays.
• Operate deli equipment safely and maintain equipment in good condition; follow safety and health regulations.
