Job summary

Baldor Specialty Foods, Inc. is seeking a Fresh Cuts Facilitator to support production based on the schedule in a refrigerated NY facility. You will feed lines, organize the production area, and help maintain hygiene while handling raw onions and other items.

The role requires the ability to read instructions, work well with others, and stand for extended periods. Prior experience in the produce industry and knowledge of GMP/HACCP are preferred; training is provided.

Qualifications

• Ability to comprehend and interpret written instructions/labels.
• Must be able to work well with others and communicate in a respectful and professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Assist and support production by feeding the lines, tables and machinery
• Assist with setting up and organizing the production environment, including equipment and supplies
• Power wash production lines, tables and equipment daily during the production process
• Package and palletize finished goods
• Remove waste by following recycling and HACCP regulations
• Maintain the working areas clean by utilizing a squeegee to collect waste and debris off the floor
