Baldor Specialty Foods, Inc. is seeking a Fresh Cuts warehouse picker to locate, select, and gather products from storage shelves based on work orders. You will scan raw materials for production and maintain an organized warehouse area.

The role requires standing for long periods, operating handheld scanners, and adhering to GMP/HACCP/SQF standards in a refrigerated environment. Experience in warehousing is preferred; HS diploma or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Warehousing experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive motions.
• Must be able to operate an electrical jack.
• Exposure to raw onions and chlorine for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Scan into production all RM per WOs and back to inventory in a single location.
• Execute the FIFO method with all raw material requested by the work order.
• Move RM to BIRR.
• Assist auditing inventory by checking daily reports.
• Assist inventory adjustments based on office audit results.
• Coach, assist, and oversee new trainees.
• Enforce GMPs, HACCP and SQF norms during daily operation.
• Maintain warehouse area organized, clean, and neat.
