Job summary

Ridleys-Family-Markets-Inc is seeking a Produce Fresh Cut Clerk to maintain outstanding guest service and prepare fresh fruits, vegetables and salads for the cut fruit area. Candidates should be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds.

Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays is required. Prior food prep or retail experience is preferred; willingness to learn and strong teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding guest service and assist in merchandising.
• Prepare fresh fruits, vegetables, and salads for the cut fruit area.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and sanitation of work area.
• Operate related equipment safely (e.g., pallet jack, hand truck, knives).
• Assist in training peers and support store management.
• Uphold department appearance and store cleanliness.
