Responsibilities

• Prepares food items for cold case, fresh pack, salad, and hot bars according to production sheets.
• Prepares items following recipes to ensure quality and consistency.
• Labels, dates, covers, and monitors quality and freshness; rotates stock.
• Monitors food levels and replenishes in a timely manner.
• Arrives on time, well-groomed, and ready to work; participates in required trainings.
• Provides excellent customer service and uses suggestive selling; answers phones courteously.
• Maximizes sales through proper prep, storing, rotating, stocking, and merchandising.
• Follows health, sanitation, and safety procedures; maintains a clean work area and properly labeled signs/pricing.
• Reports safety hazards immediately; performs opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned.
• Performs other duties as needed by leadership.
