Responsibilities

• Prepares food items for cold case, salad, and hot bars according to production sheets.
• Prepares items following recipes to ensure quality and consistency.
• Labels, dates, covers, and rotates prepared items; monitors quality and freshness.
• Replenishes food levels and maintains cleanliness and sanitation.
• Provides courteous, friendly service and supports upselling opportunities.
• Ensures accurate signs and pricing; reports safety hazards and violations.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned and adheres to SOPs.
