Veo is seeking a French-speaking Soccer fan to join our Customer Success team in Miami. You will help coaches, players, and fans get the most out of Veo’s AI-powered sports camera ecosystem. You will respond to inquiries in French and English, resolve issues, and drive satisfaction in a fast-growing, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Fluency in French and English is required.
• Experience in customer-facing roles.
• Experience with tech support and/or product support.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Love of Soccer.

Responsabilités

• Respond to customer requests clearly and comprehensively via email, phone, and chat.
• Support the second line team by resolving general tickets and escalating complex ones.
• Adhere to KPIs for low response time, backlog minimization and high customer satisfaction.
• Communicate relevant feedback and issues within the support team using escalation flows.
• Provide feedback to optimize existing processes.
