Qualifications

• Bilingual French and English required.
• 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in health insurance.
• Strong analytical, detail-oriented and accuracy skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively, set priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to change.
• Desire to work in a small entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate approvals and eligibility, inform medical providers, and issue GOPs per policy and client authorizations.
• Track and follow up cases in Latin America and ensure timely communication with providers.
• Provide guidance to international members seeking medical treatments or procedures.
• Respond to routine inquiries by phone and written correspondence about authorizations and claims status.
• Screen and route complex cases to the appropriate manager.
• Navigate multiple systems to obtain data needed to issue GOPs.
• Verify payments/denials and inform relevant parties about authorization status.
