Bonial International GmbH is seeking a Team Lead (f/m/x) Content Operations for France, based in Berlin. You will lead the French-speaking Content Operations team, own day-to-day operations, and collaborate across Sales, Product and internal teams to align workflows.

You’ll drive process improvements, leverage Salesforce, Excel, and AI tools, and foster best practices while supporting growth and cross-border alignment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in operations or customer/business operations roles in tech/digital product/scale-up environments.
• Prior experience leading a team is a plus.
• Strong organizational, process, and project management skills with a pragmatic approach.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Lead and support the French-speaking Content Operations team; set clear priorities; organize regular check-ins; drive onboarding and growth.
• Operations & Process Improvement: Use Salesforce and Jira; monitor performance; identify bottlenecks; improve workflows; automate repetitive tasks; use AI tools to boost productivity.
• Cross-functional Coordination: Act as a key contact between Content Operations, Sales, Product; coordinate priorities; ensure clear communication.
