Job summary

Social Factor is seeking moderators with French language experience for project-based, temporary or part-time roles. Work may span US-based projects with flexible schedules, including 24/2 shifts for early birds or night owls.

Moderators will help build and sustain digital communities for major brands as opportunities arise. Requirements include native-level French, understanding brand voice, and prior moderation experience.

Qualifications

• Native-level understanding of French language.
• Deep understanding of language pop culture, nomenclature, references, and slang.
• Able to understand client's brand voice & accurately engage with users.
• Previous social media moderation experience is required; live stream moderation is a plus.
• Sprinklr, Khoros, and/or Sprout Social experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; mirror voice/tone of brands.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow digital communities for brands as work becomes available.
• Interact with users in real-time, addressing questions and discussions appropriately.
• Follow clear guidelines and workflows with high energy in a dynamic environment.
