Yes For Chess is hiring an instructor for after-school chess programs in Fremont, CA. This part-time, in-person role requires reliable, enthusiastic individuals to lead elementary classrooms using provided lesson plans and a fun, structured approach.

You will teach engaging lessons after school at local elementary schools, travel between nearby sites, and collaborate with school staff and families to support student learning and confidence in chess.

Qualifications

• Basic chess knowledge is required; you don't need to be a chess master.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional.
• Patient, friendly, and energetic with children.
• Able to independently lead a classroom.

• Willing to travel between nearby schools when needed.

Responsibilities
