Job summary

RaceTrac is seeking a Procurement Sourcing Analyst to act as an internal consultant across business units, sourcing materials, equipment, supplies, and services. The Analyst manages the Strategic Sourcing Process from initiation to final recommendation.

Some travel may be required. You will carry out end-to-end sourcing lifecycle activities, provide analytical data, perform market research, support contract negotiations, and present recommendations to stakeholders and leadership teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; project management experience preferred.
• Experience in a project management environment, including cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to review, manage and interpret large data sets.
• Strong communication skills across organizational levels and external partners.
• Experience handling multiple concurrent projects.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
• Proven track record building relationships with internal and external business partners.

The Procurement Sourcing Analyst acts as an internal consultant collaborating with assigned internal business units to source and recommend the best solution for materials, equipment, supplies, and/or services. The Analyst manages the Strategic Sourcing Process from Initiation to the final recommendation to the internal business unit decision maker. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from 4-year College or University
• Experience in a project management environment - preferably working with large projects collaborating with cross functional teams
• Comfortability with reviewing, managing, and interpreting large and/or complex data sets
• A communication style that can adjust to people at various levels and functions within the organization as well as externally; the ability to convey complex information in a way that is easily understood by the receiving audience
• Comfortability handling multiple concurrent projects
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Project
• Proven success building impactful relationships with current and potential business partners both internally and externally
