Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of transportation/logistics or customer service experience required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities.
• Proficiency with email, MS Office and transportation management systems.
• Professional communication with customers, carriers and internal personnel.

Responsibilities

• Monitor shipments from pickup through final delivery.
• Maintain accurate shipment statuses in the TMS.
• Proactively track expedited, air freight, hot shot, residential shipments.
• Follow up on missing tracking updates, scans, or delivery confirmations.
• Identify delayed or at-risk shipments and take action.
• Obtain and upload PODs, BOLs, and delivery documentation.
• Serve as a primary contact for shipment status and delivery questions.
• Respond promptly to customer emails and calls with accurate updates.
• Escalate significant issues to management as needed.
