Buckle is seeking a Freight Coordinator in Madison, Wisconsin to support daily store operations and guest service. The role involves receiving and unpacking shipments, shipping merchandise, backroom maintenance, and routine store cleanliness.

Key duties include verifying invoices, processing transfers and FedEx shipments, tagging merchandise, and maintaining organized paperwork. No prior experience is required, and the position offers full-time hours with benefits.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and holiday shifts.

Responsibilities

• Verify merchandise invoices against received shipments.
• Process FedEx alterations, layaways, or special orders for Guests.
• Prepare and apply shipping labels; organize shipments by transit time.
• Ensure correct transfers and packing slips; reconcile discrepancies.
• Hang, fold, and present merchandise on the sales floor; perform steaming when needed.
• Maintain shipment-related paperwork; keep supplies stocked and organized.
• Report policy violations to Store Manager or HR; support a neat, clean work area.
