Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Willingness to undergo pre-employment medical and drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Move freight safely and efficiently as part of daily operations.
• Receive classroom and hands-on training to build a strong foundation for a long-term career.
• Comply with federal, state, and railroad safety regulations and operating rules.
• Communicate with team members using hand signals, lantern signals, or radios to coordinate train movements.
• Read, understand, and apply rule books and train documentation.
• Inspect equipment for safety and report any concerns promptly.
