Job summary

Aleron Hartsville, SC-based role as Freight Pay Analyst. Temp (12 Months) with $20.00/hour, 40 hours/week, onsite in Hartsville, SC.

You will investigate billing discrepancies, review rejected freight invoices, and coordinate with carriers and internal teams to resolve issues, strengthening payment accuracy and compliance. Key activities include validating charges against contracts, collaborating with multiple functions, implementing corrective actions, and tracking trends to improve processes

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of experience in freight transportation, logistics, billing and payment processes.
• Experience with TMS, freight audit/payment platforms or ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis; ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Job Requirements
