Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, packing, production, or retail preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Able to stand, bend, lift and move throughout the shift.
• Lift up to 25-50 pounds as needed.
• Reliable attendance and transportation required.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work overtime or flexible schedules when needed.

Responsibilities

• Pack products accurately and efficiently according to company standards
• Inspect items for quality, damage, or defects before packaging
• Label, seal, and prepare packages for shipment or distribution
• Sort and organize products and materials within the work area
• Maintain production and packaging speed while ensuring accuracy
• Keep workstations clean, organized, and safe
• Follow all workplace safety guidelines and procedures
• Assist with inventory counts, restocking, and general warehouse duties as needed
• Report damaged products, equipment issues, or safety concerns to supervisors
