Qualifications

• 2 years of related work experience in warehouse, distribution, supply chain, or similar environment.
• Knowledge of LTL industry, hazardous materials regulations and DOT rules and regulations.
• Available to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all aspects of freight operations.
• Develop and implement strategic work procedures to meet department demands.
• Evaluate, manage, assign and supervise workloads and tasks.
• Supervise hourly staff across operations and address workplace concerns.
• Plan hourly schedules to meet goals and reduce costs.
• Enforce policies and ensure compliance to optimize network performance.
• Ensure timely, damage-free customer freight handling and delivery.
• Coach employees and conduct new hire evaluations for corrective actions.
