Job summary

XPO Freight Operations Supervisor position in the United States is seeking an experienced supervisor to lead daily freight operations at our facility. You will develop and implement procedures, assign workloads, and oversee hourly staff to ensure timely, safe, and compliant performance across shifts.

The role emphasizes leadership, safety compliance, and cost-conscious scheduling, with opportunities to participate in incentive plans and educational support.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related work experience in warehouse, distribution, supply chain, transportation or similar environment.
• Knowledge of the Less-than-Truckload (LTL) industry, hazardous materials regulations and DOT rules and regulations.
• Available to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all aspects of freight operations.
• Develop and implement strategic work procedures to meet evolving department demands.
• Evaluate, manage, assign and supervise workloads and tasks.
• Supervise hourly staff across operations and act as primary contact for workplace concerns.
