XPO is seeking a Freight Operations Manager to oversee the complete daily operation of our service center in Fremont, Indiana. You will drive delivery service efficiency, manage staffing and controls, and mentor the team to meet revenue and cost targets.

The role requires leadership experience, familiarity with the LTL sector, and adherence to hazardous materials, OSHA, and DOT regulations. A strong communicator capable of presenting clear data is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have 4+ years related work experience.
• Supervisory or management experience required.
• Experience in the LTL industry is required.
• Familiarity with hazardous materials regulations, OSHA and DOT rules is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery service efficiency and effectiveness to customers.
• Lead daily operations of the service center.
• Manage revenue, profit and cost controls.
• Ensure staffing and utilization of personnel across the facility.
• Mentor and manage all personnel at the facility.
